• Download & install the ultility from website https://download.ziicloud.com

• Printer Configration

1. Use USB cable to connect printer and PC (windows)
2. Add target Printer with USB connection mode
3. Select target printer
4. Select advanced setting
5. Select DIP setting
6. Click Read button to get current setting from printer
7. Click Chinese, Japanese, Korean Mode in Language mode section
8. Click Write
9. Power Cycle Printer

10. upload Font to printer EUR_KOREAN_POSBANK_26x26_20x20(V1.0.4).bin
