How to connect ziipos with Zeller

This works with WINDOWS SERVER ONLY

Before we start, please ask the customer :"Can you see POS mode icon on top-right of the screen?"

if yes, we can keep going, otherwise, the customer must call zeller to get their terminal updated with intergration mode


 

 

 

Step 1:

Download Linkly for Zeller from https://www.linkly.com.au/resources-support/software

Linkly Configuration

  1. Download the Zeller - Linkly software via https://zeller.link/linkly-software
  2. Install the Linkly software onto your Mini PC
  3. Restart the POS terminal once the download is complete.

You may now contact your POS provider to complete the required configuration on their end. Once this is complete, you can move ahead with configuring your Zeller Terminal. 

Please note: Zeller Terminal configuration cannot be completed prior to contacting your POS provider. 

Zeller Terminal Configuration 

Hibernate and sleep settings can interfere with the POS communicating with your Zeller Terminal and will need to be disabled. To do so:

  1. Tap Settings from the navigation menu. 
  2. Select Screen Settings > Device Hibernate. 
  3. Toggle on Never when plugged in. 
  4. Toggle off Device Hibernate.
  5. Press the back arrow and tap Sleep mode. 
  6. Toggle on sleep mode and set the inactivity timer to 1 hour. 

Before you complete the following steps, please ensure your Zeller Terminal is connected to the same WiFi network as your POS  terminal. 



Step 2:
 

In ZiiPOS app, got to ipad setting

if the status changes to the "Connect", then pair completed

  1. make sure you have integrated version, if not please call Zeller Support 1800935537 to get upgrade

  2. download Linkly for Zeller  https://www.linkly.com.au/resources-support/software

  3. Install the Linkly Software

  4. Once the installation successfully completed, it will show a yellow “C” here

  5. Let's bring the Zeller EFTPOS Machine, and make sure it connected to the same network e.g same wifi


  6. Start to POS Setting

  7. Click "Setup"

  8. At the POS software, please select ZiiPOS

  9. change the Logo Setting

  10. Start to POS Pairing, please put your Server IP, and 2012 as Port Number

    the icon on the windows system should be a Green "C"

  11. then Go back to default screen, and change the mode to "POS"

  1. Go to the tablet Setting

  2. at EFTPOS field, click the Linkly

  3. Fill the Server IP, and enter 2011 as the Port Number, then press connect. if the status show as "Connected" then the configuration completed
