POS Functions:
  1. Enter into ZiiPOS - Order - Take away - cash payment - Print bill + invoice
  2. Enter into ZiiPOS - Order - Dine in - Charge – EftPos - Print bill + invoice
  3. Enter into ZiiPOS - Order - Take away - Gift card - Scan/Type Card No. and password to pay
  4. Enter into ZiiPOS - Menu Button - Customer- Deposit Top up $50 - Order - Choose Customer - take away - Choose Coupon - point redeem - deposit payment - Print bill + invoice
  5. Check All above orders from ZiiPOS displayed in ZiiKDS - Done item - Recall item
  6. Enter into Kiosk - Dine in - Order - Go to cart - balance - cash Payment (Non-Membership)
  7. Enter into Kiosk - Take away - Order - Go to cart - balance - Login membership – deposit payment.
  8. Phone reservation.
  1. Call xxx to do phone reservation - ‘1 + #’, check the reservation status in our system.
  2. Call xxx enter into staff service phone - check the phone is ringing - staff book reservation in Zii local lite.
  3. Click Link to do reservation - check the reservation status in our system.
  4. Cancel the reservation through the Link - check the reservation status.
  1. Scan the online order QR code - order - check the job list – enter into ZiiPOS - Charge- cash payment - Print bill + invoice
  2. Enter into DDA Retail - POS - scan item - choose scalable item - put weight on the Magellan Scale - search customer - choose membership - use coupon - cash payment.
  3. Enter into DDA Retail - POS - scan item - choose scalable item – put weight on the Cas AP1 Scale - search customer - choose membership - use coupon - WeChat payment.
  4. Enter into DDA Retail - POS - More Function - Recharge Deposit - cash payment - POS - select item - deposit payment.
Phone:
  1. Check the 98990999-phone call logs - call the missing calls back
  2. Answer the 98990999-phone call within 5 seconds. * If you have to left, please hand over to your colleague.
Chat Box:
  1. Enter into intercom by phone/computer - check the chat logs - reply the missing chats
  2. Answer the Chat box ASAP.
WeChat service:
  1. Enter into WeChat by service phone/computer - check the WeChat logs - reply the missing chats
  2. Answer the WeChat ASAP.
